Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee facilities management, ensuring safe, smooth, and uninterrupted day-to-day operations at the DTH.
2. Manage technology elements, including physical security, CCTV, access control, HVAC setup of datacenter, office safety, and dissemination of policies, records management, compliance, and information security.
3. Coordinate travel planning and execution for Delta employees, including coordination with internal stakeholders and managing the travel services partner.
4. Work with local vendors, including hotels, events vendors, transportation agencies, facilities vendors, and coordinate operational logistics during leadership visits.
5. Lead occupancy planning activities and space allocations in support of tactical business unit needs.
6. Manage transport operations, observing industry benchmarks, and reporting important functional metrics related to transport operations.
7. Liaise with HR operations, Finance Operations, Employee Engagement teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
8. Conduct weekly sessions on new hire onboarding, ensuring end-users are well-equipped for productive workdays.
9. Support engagement events and hiring drives by working with vendors, configuring the office, or collaborating with hotels and other events vendors.
10. Ensure the office maintains optimal standards, adhering to Delta's workspace requirements in terms of cleanliness, safety, amenities, protocols, security, and more.
Requirements:
1. Formal qualification and degree in hotel management, hospitality sector, property, or facilities management.
2. 6+ years of experience in end-to-end Facility Management, including knowledge on managing outsourced facility contracts.
3. Experience reviewing monthly vendor performance for improved service quality.
4. Relevant experience with employee transportation and cafeteria management.
5. Strong service mentality, with a commitment to enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction.
6. Excellent communication skills, including slide writing abilities, and an ability to communicate with diverse groups.
7. Ability to function as a team player, maintain relationships, think independently, and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
