Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facility setup and expansion initiatives, aligning with business requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and organizing internal business initiatives, including leadership conclaves, employee training programs, and town halls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, while maintaining flexibility in response to changing circumstances.
  • Liaise with government authorities and officials as needed, handling the movement of goods within and outside office premises in SEZ locations.
Budget and Planning
  • Oversee administration budgets, preparing MIS reports that highlight cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with Finance and HR teams on budget planning, procurement, and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to management on managed activities and cost improvement initiatives.
Vendor Management
  • Coordinate the development of end-to-end contracts from RFP, RFI, and RFQ development to due-diligence and commercial negotiations with new vendors.
  • Regularly monitor vendor and service provider performance to ensure quality of service and timely delivery.
