Digital Presence Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Build monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Translate brand identity into high-quality content for social media channels.

Content Creation & Styling

  • Coordinate shoots with photographers and stylists to produce premium content.
  • Write engaging captions and ensure consistent brand tone of voice.

Community Management

  • Engage with followers, respond to messages, and track conversations to build brand loyalty.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and ensure deliverables are on-brand.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor social media analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth).
  • Share weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams to integrate promotional activities.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams for synergy.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media for luxury brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.
  • Creative eye for content creation and styling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines.
