Job Overview

This role is focused on delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering systems and be able to develop effective strategies for energy conservation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at client locations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at Client site with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
  • Manage M E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
  • Establish contacts with local authorities landlord on the facility related issues and maintain the relationship.
Requirements:
  • BE Diploma Electrical Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Contract administration experience of 3- 5yrs or more required.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
