Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Quality Manager to oversee the execution of foundations, structures, buildings, and associated infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of ensuring defect-free execution while enforcing international standards.

This role requires a high level of expertise in QA/QC processes, civil codes, and testing procedures. The successful candidate will be able to interpret and implement civil drawings, standards, and specifications effectively.

The job holder will work closely with site engineers, supervisors, clients, and consultants to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project-specific Civil QA/QC plans to monitor quality inspections of civil works.
  • Oversee quality checks on concrete works, reinforcement, compaction, curing, and geotechnical aspects.
  • Manage non-conformance identification, reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Monitor contractors and subcontractors for compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, codes, and specifications.
  • Conduct stage-wise inspections to support pre-commissioning readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • 7+ years of civil QA/QC experience, with at least 5+ years in utility-scale solar PV/EPC projects.
  • Proven track record in managing civil quality at site for projects of 50 MW and above.
