Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technical support and services, with expertise in IBM i development and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers through compelling product demonstrations, highlighting the value of our solutions and driving business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new clients, including smooth installation and configuration of our products.
  • Provide proactive customer support, guiding existing clients through product upgrades while ensuring a seamless experience that enhances system performance.
  • Lead insightful consulting sessions to optimize customer productivity and ensure peak system health.
  • Deliver outstanding technical support and application services to both internal customers and our global network of partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • IBM i Development Experience: Demonstrated technical skills and hands-on experience in IBM i development, including RPG, CLI, RDi, and VS.Code for IBMi.
  • Technical Support Software Development Background: Proven experience in delivering technical support, offering service-driven solutions, and engaging in software development.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and client bases.
  • Change Management Familiarity: Preferably, have experience with change management software, with a special emphasis on PTC Implementer.
