Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned hotel professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 20-30 key hotel in south India. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in hospitality and possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring high service quality standards
  • Supervise multiple departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Motivate and mentor staff to meet company-defined procedures and policies
  • Liaise with local authorities and departments to maintain cordial relationships

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management
  • Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
