About this opportunity

As a Vibe Coder, you will play a crucial role in leveraging our proprietary AI tool-chain to generate, iterate, and judge new games and mini-apps daily.

This position requires a unique blend of design and critical thinking skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging games and apps, reviewing your own and other engineers' work, and documenting the process to improve future outcomes.

  • Rapid game development: Create fresh content every day using internal builders.
  • Quality assurance and feedback: Speed-run your output, evaluate its quality, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Promoting collaboration: Review and annotate fellow team members' work to enhance overall performance.
  • Knowledge sharing: Develop reusable templates and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and suggest solutions to optimize the AI's performance.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience working with cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • A deep understanding of what makes games engaging and enjoyable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and focus on high-quality output.
  • Bonus skills: Familiarity with basic coding languages (JavaScript, Lua, React), marketing principles, or data analysis techniques would be advantageous.

We offer a one-week paid trial period, during which we will assess your skills and compatibility with our team. If successful, we will move forward with a long-term contract.
