Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Interest in skills development and behavioural change.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Capacity to write, edit, and proof-read quality content for diverse mediums.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate degree in Psychology or Information Design or Game Design or Communication is preferred but not mandatory.
