Lead the Growth of PLM IT Services

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume a leadership role in our PLM IT Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, enhance capabilities, and deliver exceptional results.

This position requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent leadership skills, and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, building strategic partnerships, and driving innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive strategic plan for the PLM business aligned with company objectives.
  • Buid, manage, and scale practice capabilities, people, solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the business.
  • Enhance offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities to strengthen the PLM business.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal dependency on top management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services, including at least 3 years in Project/Practice Management.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build and scale practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Strong delivery and people management skills across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and demonstrated executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering or Technology graduate; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

This role is open only for candidates based in Pune, working from the office location.
