Psychological Counselor

We are seeking experienced psychologists who can provide mental health support and counseling services.

• Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis.
• Conduct in-person counselling sessions.
• Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments.
• Undertake floor walks to build visibility and trust with students.
• Maintain timely case notes and records while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
• (1 - 8 years) experience in working with youth/academic mental health.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with students empathetically.
• Flexible working hours, including night shifts.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
