About the role: We require a seasoned psychologist with business development acumen to lead program development, streamline outreach with AI, and actively participate in growing our enrollment footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Forge new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally to drive business growth.
  • Manage enrollment processes—handle student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run campaigns.
  • Employ AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote programs via social media and freelance efforts to expand organizational reach.
  • Stay updated on advances in education, psychology, and AI to maintain our offerings at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Contribute to management strategies and provide training on utilizing AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Psychology (required)
  • 1–2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
  • Strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training

Location: Chennai (Full-time, On-site)
