Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our Application Health and Monitoring team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with engineers and developers across various layers of applications and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of our suite of solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure on AWS. This includes hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, EBS, CloudWatch, WAF, and API Gateway.

Additionally, you will implement security best practices across infrastructure, applications, and APIs. You will manage IAM roles and policies, enforce least privilege access, and regularly audit permissions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IaaS and PaaS cloud platforms, expertise in monitoring tools and log analysis, familiarity with DevOps concepts, including Docker and Kubernetes, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, excellent time management and communication skills, proactive ownership, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with IaaS and PaaS cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku)
  • Expertise in monitoring tools and log analysis (AWS CloudWatch, DataDog, Logtail)
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Proactive ownership and a willingness to learn new skills
