Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing multi-year technical roadmaps, collaborating with studio leadership, technical leads, and managers to drive technical initiatives, and using metrics, analytics, and research to anticipate future technology risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee multi-year technical roadmaps and plans across multiple titles and initiatives within the studio.
- Collaborate with Studio Leadership, Technical Leads, and Managers of other disciplines to drive technical initiatives for sustainable games and services.
- Use metrics, analytics, and research to anticipate future technology risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Lead studio teams through technical leadership to achieve and deliver on product roadmaps.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of engineers in all phases of product development.
- A good understanding of business operations, data pipelines, and marketing functions.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
- Experience with game application technologies in at least 3 areas: client, server, live operations, and infrastructure systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
