Chief Revenue Strategist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned RevOps leader to drive efficiency, predictability, and growth at Securin Inc.
The successful candidate will have experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function, with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing scalable revenue systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the RevOps strategy: Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Leverage AI for efficiency: Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance team productivity, automate processes, and scale operations cost-effectively.
- Process optimization: Design, implement, and refine scalable revenue processes across the customer journey.
- Support generation of predictable revenue: Roll out MEDDPICC and ensure teams adopt it. Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success to ensure we have adoption, alignment, and targets.
- Tech stack management: Evaluate, implement, and optimize CRM and other revenue tools to drive automation and insights.
- Data and analytics: Establish revenue metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Lead forecasting and planning: Improve pipeline visibility, enhance revenue forecasting, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve performance.
- Enablement and training: Develop and implement sales enablement programs, measure their success, and refine them over time to ensure teams have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Hiring and team building: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing RevOps team as the function scales.
