Accounting Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Executive to join our finance team. This role is critical to maintaining financial hygiene as we scale across channels and geographies.

As an Accounting Operations Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and tax compliance. You will manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles, handle daily accounting entries in Tally, and maintain books of accounts.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG or packaged food and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AP and AR cycles
  • Handle daily accounting entries in Tally
  • Maintain books of accounts
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations for customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
