Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, as well as extensive experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules.

  • Configure and customize D365 F&O modules including Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients globally for project delivery.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • Configure and customize finance-related modules such as Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, and Inventory Management.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Cultivate partnerships with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct UAT sessions and user training workshops.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including Business Process Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Training Manuals.
  • Maintain awareness of Microsoft D365 F&O roadmap, new features, and best practices to recommend process enhancements.
