Role Overview

This role is a key technical position within the infrastructure team, responsible for providing high-quality IT infrastructure support to ensure availability, stability and performance of datacentres, platforms and corporate systems.

  • AIX Server management is a critical aspect of this role.
  • SAN and storage array management are highly desirable skills.
  • Backup, Replication, HA and Recovery technologies must be well understood.
  • AIX Server Security Management is essential.
  • AIX Server hardware knowledge is required.

Team Structure

This position reports to the Infrastructure Head and is part of the Infrastructure department.

Key Responsibilities

The team's main focus is on the administration and management of all development, UAT, pre-production, production and DR environments as well as internal corporate IT systems.
