Expert Technical Consultant

As a high-level technical consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert guidance and support on IBM AIX operating system and storage infrastructure.

  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions using IBM AIX and storage technologies.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to IBM AIX and storage systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the design and implementation of IBM AIX and storage infrastructure aligns with business requirements.

You will work closely with the IT team to develop documentation for procedures related to IBM AIX and storage. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing storage solutions using IBM Storwize, IBM DS8000, and IBM Tape Storage.

  • Experience with IBM AIX operating system and storage technologies is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

A degree in computer science or related field is necessary for this role. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as knowledge of scripting and automation of daily operational tasks, are essential for success.
