  • This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our CRM systems, as well as managing a team of technical professionals.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of life insurance business processes and policy life cycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and software development life cycle (SDLC)
