Job Title: Training Process Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires, ensuring effective onboarding and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and coordinate training batches, maintaining a 1:20 trainer-to-trainee ratio.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents on process, quality, and best practices, as well as support them in their ongoing development.
  • Document and provide regular feedback to team members based on identified gaps from audits.
  • Participate in weekly calibration calls with clients or internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Conduct training sessions as required, adhering to specified timelines and requirements.
  • Assess the performance of trainees during tests, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain databases, generate daily reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Motivate associates through effective management, career development, and implementation of reporting mechanisms.
  • Process transactions according to defined processes, either on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Ensure competency by undergoing TTT certification and staying up-to-date on new products and training phases.
  • Perform TNI on audit findings, conduct refresher sessions, and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate track records of performance and critically analyze data to inform business strategies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) due to client-facing role.
    • Flexibility to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shifts.
    • Knowledge of UK Mortgages is essential.
    • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Forms, Excel, Word, etc.
    • Creation of academies, creation of newsletters, etc.
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
    • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources to remediate compliance alerts and independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies.
    • Result-oriented and client-focused.
    • Feedback and coaching skills.
    • Good rapport-building skills, extremely methodical and organized.
    • Specific experience with cryptocurrency products as a user and/or experience working in the digital currency industry, preferred but not mandatory.
    • Selection Criteria:
      • Must be a graduate in any stream. Should not be enrolled in any regular course.
      • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E.
      • Should be a citizen of India or allowed to work in India.
      • Should be above the age of 18 years.
