Job Summary

The Visualizer Designer will collaborate with a professional team to develop and produce creative concepts and graphics for architectural projects, delivering high-quality images and real-time rendering output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in industry-standard software including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Blender, Twinmotion, and other tools listed below.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in real-time rendering software, including Envision by Chaos, D5 Render, Lumion, and more.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for art, lighting, composition, and imagery.
  • Deliver quality work within deadlines under pressure.
  • Work effectively as a team player, contributing during extended efforts when needed.
  • Maintain self-organization, passion, and energy in their work approach.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other standard industry software.
  • Experienced in creating workflows for real-time rendering software.
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Visualization, Architecture, or equivalent technical field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional creative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD.
  • Ability to interpret and model from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations.
  • Skilled in photorealistic rendering and visualization techniques.
  • High professional integrity, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative and proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to explore and adopt new technologies (hardware/software) to improve quality, efficiency, and expand visualization capabilities.
