Senior Data Scientist Position

As a senior data scientist, you will lead the application of cutting-edge AI/ML in retail and e-commerce spaces. With over a decade of experience, you will design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI systems that drive measurable business impact.

You will spearhead initiatives in agentic AI, large language models, computer vision, and neural architectures, building autonomous, intelligent pipelines that continuously learn, adapt, and optimize decision-making for retail intelligence at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of data scientists, fostering innovation and best practices in AI/ML.
  • Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems: Explore, design, and deploy agentic AI architectures (multi-agent collaboration, autonomous decision-making, orchestration frameworks).
  • LLM Innovation: Experiment with and operationalize large language models (fine-tuning, prompt optimization, domain adaptation).
  • Computer Vision & Multimodal AI: Advance product recognition, OCR, embedding-based similarity, and visual transformers to improve catalog accuracy and image-based search.
  • Scalable Systems: Architect and deploy robust data pipelines and real-time AI services that handle large-scale retail/e-commerce datasets.
