Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in space planning and creation of detailed GFC drawings
  • Select and manage FF&E for various projects
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective execution of design plans
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in interior design
Requirements:
  • Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design
  • Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings
  • Experience with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and excel
  • Relevant degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple tasks while ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome any obstacles that may arise during the course of the project.
