Job Title: Lead Designer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for leading the development of creative interior designs that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to effectively communicate their ideas to colleagues and clients.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position where you will work closely with our project managers and other designers to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing design concepts that reflect our company's vision and values
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and quality
  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior designers to help them develop their skills and expertise
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or residential architecture firm
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
