Job Title: Fund Accounting SpecialistAs a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for performing and reviewing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual fund accounting functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and accurate resolution of cash breaks, as well as monitor the status of aged and significantly sized breaks.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to complete various tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of cash breaks, minimizing delays and financial risks.
  • Monitor the status of aged and significantly sized breaks, taking proactive measures to address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal functional and support groups to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • End Customer Satisfaction/CRM satisfaction & Process Efficiency (15%)
  • Participating in calls/meetings between the team, Client/CRM, and documenting discussions to clear understanding gaps.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the primary reviewer and quality assurance of deliverables produced by your team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Ensuring all client deliverables are on time and meet Eisner Amper's quality standard, maintaining a strong reputation.
  • Calculation, booking, and reviewing deal-wise fees, providing transparent financial information.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and investor reports, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Identifying fund issues and escalating them to the Manager, promoting proactive issue resolution.
  • Trainer for new joiners in the team, facilitating knowledge transfer and growth.
  • Completing daily checklists and tracking daily issues, ensuring efficient workflow management.
