Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator

About this role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatch Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stockholders to resolve queries and dispatch-related issues.
  • Process invoices related to dispatch activities.
  • Maintain communication with transporters to track consignment status.
  • E nsure minimum stock levels are maintained in accordance with the marketing plan.
  • Verify material availability based on dispatch lists.
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan efficient dispatch schedules.
  • Ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of all orders while supporting drivers and dispatchers.
  • Review orders received from the sales team.
  • Prepare packing lists for materials being dispatched.
  • Maintain finished goods (FG) inventory levels.
