Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Coordinator in Mumbai. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for dispatching drivers, managing communication between drivers and customers, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include data entry and ensuring efficient operation of the dispatch system. As a skilled multi-tasker, the Dispatch Coordinator will need to handle various responsibilities simultaneously to ensure smooth operations.
