About the Role

We're seeking a high-impact Mobile Growth Specialist to spearhead paid campaign execution, optimization, and scale for our wellness apps. This role involves day-to-day campaign management, funnel iteration, and growth acceleration using analytics tools.

If you thrive on driving installs, conversions, and retention through ads, experimenting with creatives and funnels, and leveraging AI for performance enhancement, we'd love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other platforms to drive installs and conversions
  • Design and iterate on user acquisition funnels to ensure scalable profitability
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance improvement
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data to identify growth opportunities using AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Hands-on experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Nice to Have
  • Background in wellness, health, or fitness apps
  • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles
