Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management for resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to documented processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with other support units to resolve local queries/complaints.
  • Follow up with customers/agents to ensure complete satisfaction.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyse customer queries/complaints to identify root causes.
  • Measure success through customer satisfaction scores, agent satisfaction scores, and TAT of query resolution.
  • Strictly follow the escalation matrix to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 1-2 years experience in operations/customer care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and internet.
