Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • MBA from a Tier 1 institution.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in sales and operations, with significant exposure to both the pharma and FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience in business development, commercial excellence, and sales force effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
