This role requires a dynamic individual who can work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer service experiences, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage the communication chain across sales, demand planning, finance, and third-party logistics (3PLs).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with high levels of satisfaction.
  • Cordinate with global teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the order-to-delivery process.

Key Requirements:
A degree in business administration or a related field and 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment.
Excellent knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems.
