Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Business Analyst/Scrum Master with expertise in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

The ideal candidate bridges business needs and technical solutions, leads Agile ceremonies, and ensures projects meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Detailed-oriented individual with 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
