Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in building and managing experience cloud solutions.

This is a remote opportunity that requires minimal supervision.

  • Design, configure, and implement salesforce experience cloud portals tailored to business needs.
  • Develop custom lightning web components (lwc), aura components, and apex to extend platform functionality.
  • Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in experience cloud.
  • Integrate experience cloud with sales cloud, service cloud, and external systems via apis.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for experience cloud implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in experience cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in lwc, aura, apex, flows, soql, and process builder.
  • Experience with experience cloud branding, customization, and portal management.
  • Hands-on expertise in apis, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce experience cloud consultant certification is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate availability.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to financial services cloud (fsc) or industry-specific salesforce products.
  • Familiarity with ci/cd tools (copado, gearset, jenkins, etc.).
  • Experience working in agile/scrum delivery models.
