Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our LLM Proxy Team in a critical role involving monitoring system health, managing incident communications, and ensuring high reliability of globally deployed web applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for detecting failures and performance issues using Grafana dashboards and observability tools. They will also serve as the primary point of contact during incidents, delivering timely updates to customers and incident commanders.

  • Monitor Grafana dashboards and observability tools to identify potential issues.
  • Act as the primary SRE for incident response, initiating reports from automated alerts or joining active incident channels.
  • Interpret operational metrics such as Quantiles, P99, and Prometheus data to assess system health.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

This role requires strong experience in monitoring and responding to incidents in a globally deployed web application. The successful candidate will have expertise in microservices architecture on Kubernetes and familiarity with AWS services or other major cloud providers.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, enabling the candidate to clearly articulate status and updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
