Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineer-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment, using various techniques such as vibration, oil analysis, thermography, and videoscopy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with condition-based maintenance techniques. They will also possess knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance techniques and types, as well as familiarity with various vibration standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing engineer-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment
  • Condition monitoring of rotating equipment using various techniques
  • Analysing and interpreting data from condition monitoring systems
  • Developing and implementing reliability improvement plans based on condition monitoring parameters
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment condition and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Accredited vibration analysis training (Cat I)
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems such as CSI Emerson SKF and GE System 1 SmartSignal
  • Basic knowledge of machine condition monitoring, balancing, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with various vibration standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
