Transform Education through Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Data Analyst to join our mission of transforming education in India. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution, monitoring, and optimization of programs supported by our application.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to clean and analyze large datasets to track program impact. They will also be responsible for curating reports for stakeholders and supporting application development with data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating education programs across districts
  • Analyzing and cleaning large datasets to track program impact
  • Cultivating reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for stakeholders
  • Training and building capacity of teachers & administrators on the Vinoba App
  • Supporting application development with data-driven insights

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (programming/database skills a plus)
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement
  • Possion to transform government education and create real social impact
