Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying predictive analytics models and machine learning algorithms to identify suspicious activities and patterns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards, as well as excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying predictive analytics models and machine learning algorithms to identify suspicious activities and patterns;
  • Enhancing fraud monitoring systems to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives;
  • Analyzing internal and external data sources to identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive measures;
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of fraud detection strategies;
  • Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team of data analysts, data scientists, and market intelligence specialists.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, business administration, or a related field;
  • 10+ years of experience in fraud analytics, risk management, or data analytics;
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
