Lead Editor Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Lead Editor to lead our scientific manuscript review process.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A Ph.D. in life sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in academic or scientific publishing with expertise in peer review and editorial workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing editorial teams.
  • Strong knowledge of peer review models, open access publishing, and evolving trends in scholarly communication.
  • Experience with digital publishing platforms and workflow automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement process improvements.
