Pharmacist Job

A pharmaceutical professional with expertise in dispensing and compounding medications is sought to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Dispensing and Compounding Medications: Ensure that patients receive the correct medication in the right dosage, taking into account their medical history, allergies, and other factors.
  2. Monitoring Patient Therapies: Regularly review patient charts to identify any potential issues or concerns, and advise healthcare professionals on necessary interventions.
  3. Providing Patient Education: Instruct patients on how to properly use their medications, including dosage instructions and potential side effects.
  4. Conducting Health Screenings: Perform routine health checks, such as blood pressure and temperature measurements, to identify potential health risks.
  5. Administering Vaccinations and Medical Services: Provide immunizations and perform other medical services, such as blood sugar level checks, as needed.
  6. Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of patient interactions, medication dispensed, and other relevant information.
  7. Ensuring a Safe Working Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  8. Performing Administrative Tasks: Complete operational requirements, including verifying order entries and maintaining records of controlled substances.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field.
  • Licensure: Current pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
