Job Title: Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support data management activities across multiple business divisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and document data retention, archiving, and disposition requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and regular reviews with business and technology teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate data management risks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Compile and track progress on implementation of data management strategies.
  • Represent the DLM team in cross-functional meetings, communicating key policies and requirements to stakeholders.
  • Develop process improvements and collaborate with teams to implement business and technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in data management, information management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to document complex data management requirements.
  • Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Systems or Business Administration.

Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of data protection/privacy regulations and experience with data privacy laws.
  • Familiarity with database/cloud technologies, AI, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with large-scale data sets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
