We are looking for a skilled Curriculum Developer to join our Learner Experience and Curriculum development team at CodeChef.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing practical projects and assessments on software development, data science, and machine learning using relevant technologies and frameworks. They will work closely with senior faculty, SMEs, freelancers, and global industry leaders to create high-quality learning content.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of teaching experience, excellent communication skills in English, and a strong aptitude for teaching and mentoring. Prior experience in creating learning content or software development is a plus.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop practical learning projects and assessments on software development, data science, and machine learning.
  2. Work with senior faculty and industry experts to create high-quality learning content.
  3. Collaborate with the Product team to improve learner engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong aptitude for teaching and mentoring.
  • Prior experience in creating learning content or software development is a plus.
Benefits

Immediate joining in Bangalore with flexible working hours (1st and 3rd Saturdays included).

Salary Range

Rupees eight lakhs per annum (estimated), depending on qualifications and experience.
