Securities Operations Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled Associate Securities Operations Representative to support a variety of operational tasks for simple or routine securities. In this role, you will:
- Process and reconcile transactions, and research inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall process and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Security Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in Securities, Investment banking, Capital market, Trade Settlements.
Job Expectations:
- Shift timings: 1.30 PM -10.30 PM (Flexible to work till 1.30 AM IST)
- Work from Office model.
