Senior Data Architecture Specialist

As a seasoned data engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining architecture principles, guidelines, and standards for data warehousing and big data solutions. Your expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Google Cloud Platform services such as Big Query, Bigtable, Cloud SQL, Data Proc, Data Flow, and Data Fusion will be invaluable to our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience with MPP systems, database systems, ETL and ELT systems, and data flow compute.
- Prior experience developing, building, and deploying on GCP.
- Good understanding of data-related concepts and ability to advise on best-of-breed client solutions.
- Maintain architecture principles, guidelines, and standards for data warehousing and big data solutions.
- Design and implement solutions using Google Cloud Platform services.
- Develop software code in one or more languages such as Java and Python.
- Collaborate with junior data engineering personnel to coach and mentor them on data ecosystem concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data projects in the cloud.
- Strong background in data engineering, excellent communication and presentation skills.
