We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to join our team and drive the development and implementation of cloud-first CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform, Azure, Ansible, and Liquibase.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient automation workflows to streamline software delivery across Windows and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop CI/CD Pipelines: Use GitHub Actions to automate deployment processes on both Windows and Linux systems, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.">
  • Provision Infrastructure: Utilize Terraform to define and provision infrastructure in Azure cloud environments, supporting mixed operating systems (Windows/Linux).">
  • Implement IaC Best Practices: Ensure consistent and repeatable deployments across heterogeneous environments by implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices.">
  • Develop Ansible Playbooks: Automate configuration management and application deployments on both Windows and Linux servers using Ansible playbooks.">
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Integrate automated testing, security checks, and other quality controls into CI/CD pipelines that support cross-platform deployments.">
  • Automate Release Management: Streamline the release management process, ensuring application artifacts (e.g., Docker images, JARs, EXE/MSI packages) and database changes (using Liquibase) are efficiently deployed to appropriate environments.">
  • Manage Database Version Control: Ensure smooth application and database synchronization during releases by managing database version control using Liquibase.">
  • Ensure High Availability and Scalability: Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of automated deployment processes across Windows and Linux platforms.">
  • Troubleshoot Deployment Pipelines: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and application environments on both Windows and Linux systems.">
  • Monitor Pipeline Performance: Monitor CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure performance, making recommendations for optimizations across operating systems.">
  • Document Processes: Document processes, workflows, and configurations for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, focusing on mixed Windows/Linux environments.">
