We're looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts, capable of managing a team of 10-15 people. In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end accounting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple stakeholders in achieving seamless month-end close and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs and timely execution of controls
  • Drive audit deliverables and submit evidence on time
  • Bull customer relationships, enhance confidence, and improve customer happiness by leading process update calls as needed
Requirements
  • MBA Finance (B.Com degree accepted)
  • Significant work experience
  • CA Inter degree and meaningful experience in General Ledger preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Experience working under different ERP packages - JDE & SAP
