We are seeking a consulting-grade leader with deep transformation expertise who can translate business opportunities into tangible results, drive growth, and create value.

This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of boardroom strategy and delivery execution — advising executives, architecting roadmaps, and ensuring implementation that drives hard financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders (CEOs, CFOs, COOs).

- Shape multi-year transformation programs with clear impact, including value articulation, case development, and ROI modeling.

Client Leadership & Growth

- Drive account expansion and originate large-scale transformation deals.

AI Strategy & Roadmap Design

- Lead assessments, opportunity mapping, and prioritization workshops that explicitly link initiatives to levers (revenue uplift, cost efficiency, asset utilization).

- Define strategies across Traditional AI/ML, Generative AI, and Automation.

Solution Oversight & Execution

- Oversee design and delivery of solutions that directly improve margins, optimize costs, and unlock growth.

- Ensure solutions are embedded into operating models, processes, and tech stacks to sustain impact.

Practice Development & Thought Leadership

- Develop and refine IP — frameworks, financial impact models, and accelerators.

- Represent your company in client forums, analyst briefings, and industry events as a trusted voice on transformation's role in value creation.

Required Experience & Skills

Transformation DNA

- 10–18 years in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big 4) or equivalent leadership.

- Proven track record of selling and delivering large-scale ($5M–$20M) transformation engagements with measurable impact.

- Expertise in linking operational changes and initiatives to financial metrics valued by boards and investors.

Ai Implementation Depth

- Strong working knowledge of lifecycle: data strategy, model development, deployment, MLOps.

- Understanding of traditional AI/ML (predictive analytics, optimization, NLP, computer vision) and Generative AI (LLMs, agentic AI).

Technology Depth

- Strong understanding of the technology stack including data ingestion and processing layers, data platforms, feature stores, model development environments, MLOps pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native services.

- Proven ability to work with Traditional AI (predictive analytics, optimization, NLP, computer vision) and Generative AI (LLMs, agentic AI).

Market Ecosystem Knowledge

- Deep understanding of the solutions landscape — from enterprise-scale offerings by GSIs and hyperscalers to specialized products from startups and vendors.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field required.
