Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ML projects from research to production deployment.
  • Explore, interpret, and implement ideas from state-of-the-art research papers, especially in Generative AI.
  • Build, train, and optimize ML and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform insights into products.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns on real-world projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in Python with hands-on experience in Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Deep expertise in transformer models & Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with Langchain or LlamaIndex for building LLM-powered applications.
