Job Summary

The Procurement Specialist will be part of the Global Center of Excellence Team, responsible for end-to-end Procurement and Sourcing of goods and services globally for Alight Solutions. This role will work closely with the Global Category Manager to develop and execute category strategy for IT, Telecom & Indirect procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement projects independently, coordinating with stakeholders (Legal, Business, and Finance) to achieve business savings and value.
  • Identify and manage suppliers in multiple categories, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and analytics using Tableau, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze procurement data, vendor performance, and cost optimization strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on/practical approach, self-starter, team player.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Education: Preferred Business Graduates, Technology Graduates, MBA or Equivalent University Degree, Certifications from a globally recognized institution (Six Sigma/PMP) would be an added advantage.
