The Water Business Unit Head is responsible for leading the execution of all water-related projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Segment Managers and Project Managers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Developing annual operational plans, budgets, and manpower/resource allocation for irrigation and water treatment projects.
  • Overseeing preparation, review, and submission of tenders and bids for irrigation projects and water treatment plants.
  • Evaluating technical and commercial feasibility before tender participation.

Additionally, the role involves:

  • Monitoring and controlling the execution of multiple irrigation and water treatment projects simultaneously.
  • Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • At least 12-18 years of experience in water infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience in the execution of irrigation projects and water treatment plants.
